CREAMED CORN

                                                          Ingredients

2 cups corn kernel frozen or in can
1 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tbsp flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cold water
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp bacon grease

DIRECTIONS

1. In a bowl whisk together sugar, flour, salt and pepper to taste combine with corn.

2. Add heavy cream and water mix well.

3. In al arge skillet over medium heat, heat bacon grease.

4. Add corn mixture & turn heat down to medium low, stirring until it becomes creamy about 30 minutes.

5. Add butter right before serving.
