SKINLESS CHORISO

Ingredients

1 lb ground pork
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp garlic minced
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp annatto powder (optional) (estiwites)
1/2 tsp red pepper (mild) 1 tsp for (hot) (optional)

DiRECTIONS

1. Mix all the ingredients and let it soak for overnight in the refrigerator.

2. After overnight you can form the choriso any size you want, and wrap with plastic. Place into plastic container and allow to mature in the freezer for a week.

3. T cook the choriso, fill the skillet with 1/2 to 3/4 inches of water and add the choriso. Simmer  over medium-high heat until the water evaporates, about 20 minutes. Uncover , allow the choriso to fry in their own oil until golden brown.
